Refund & Returns Policy

Hassle-free solutions for your pet product needs

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery date. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Pet grooming tools (brushes, nail clippers, etc.)
  • Pet dental care items
  • Opened pet training pads
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance/discounted items marked “final sale”

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of approval/rejection via email.

Approved refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. International refunds may take 7-10 days to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account (processing time varies)
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Reach out to your bank
  4. If unresolved, email service@yurapet.com

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during shipping. To request an exchange:

  1. Email service@yurapet.com within 30 days
  2. Include order number and photos of issue
  3. We’ll provide prepaid return label if applicable

Return Shipping

To obtain return address:

  1. Contact us via:
  2. Provide your order number
  3. We’ll send the nearest return center address based on your location

Important notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • For items over $50, we recommend using trackable shipping with insurance
  • Return processing begins only after the item reaches our center
